Research

The scientific activities of the department are divided into five areas of focus. These consist of the following research groups:

  1. Research Group of Applied Environmental Microbiology
  2. Group of CBRN Protection and Environmental Sampling
  3. Research Group for Innovative Waste Processing
  4. Sustainable Membrane Separation Technologies Research Group
  5. Emerging Contaminants Treatment Research Group

The facilities of each group are well-equipped and managed by highly qualified personnel.
